The initial diagnosis and treatment visit is $150.00. If the client decides to stay with us for treatment, the client can choose between paying the flat rate for each follow-up appointments or a monthly direct pay plan.
(Medication Assisted Treatment initial appointment is $200.)

We do not accept insurance. However, we are happy to provide you with an itemized statement and directions for you to file out-of-network with your private insurance company. For insurance reimbursement, you must pay the flat rate for them to accept it. Not accepting insurance allows us to keep costs at a more affordable price for those who are under insured or uninsured. Please verify with your insurance that they reimburse for out-of-network providers.
